I add some extra info to the post titles in the (aaa/bb) format. "aaa/" contains the type of post:
mus/ - Musings tho/ - Thoughts tut/ - Tutorials
"/bb" marks the language:
/en - English /sk - Slovak
You can set up rules in your reader of choice to i. e. hide posts in Slovak (containing "/sk").
